Well I called on Friday for an update as the 14 days would elapse on the Saturday. The nice Brummie guy on the end of the phone confirmed that he'd received my e-mail and would then keep any payment due to the 14 day 1/2 price rate.
However, due to photographic evidence, it showed the front of the car parked on Bridge St, but didn't show my tyre touching the yellow line. As the offence was indicated as "Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours" it has been revoked as Bridge St is FOC parking on Sunday along with Holliday St.
So that's £35 saved !
